Fabrics shown are examples of the types of fabrics we will make your masks with, these are not exact choices, we use the term COLOR FAMILY as our fabrics are changing daily due to supply and demand, the same goes for our elastic, thread.

- Outer – Fine Woven Natural Fabric
- Inward – Synthetic Fabric – Alleviates Moisture from the Face and seems to provide more comfort for the wearer.
- Due to the speedy production of these masks, Thread and Elastic Color will vary
- Inside: We have added a Non-Woven Polypropolyne layer (the same non-woven fiber used to make surgical masks).
A soft fabric covered elastic is comfortable and attaches at your ears or around your head – Choose your option – Meaning you will knot your own elastic once it arrives, per our tutorial, which allows you to choose EAR or OVER THE HEAD and adjust the SIZE. Your mask will appear as below, with one piece of elastic that you either cut into 2 and tie for ears or knot and use for around the head.
Wash in Hot Water FREE AND CLEAR DETERGENT. You can also use an alcohol disinfectant spray on this product.
Currently we are making these with in stock fabrics, so we ask that if color is important to you, please choose a color family and we will send you something in that group.
HCP {healthcare personnel} use of homemade masks:
In settings where facemasks are not available, HCP might use homemade masks (e.g., bandana, scarf) for care of patients with COVID-19 as a last resort. However, homemade masks are not considered PPE {personal protective equipment}, since their capability to protect HCP is unknown. Caution should be exercised when considering this option. Homemade masks should ideally be used in combination with a face shield that covers the entire front (that extends to the chin or below) and sides of the face. {source of quote at cdc.gov}

Before shipping We will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
